Trading between guildies

I've seen people selling stuff between each other using the same price as they would use on AH. Quite lame imo.
I, for instance, give stuff for free. Maybe I'm nuts but I think I'm doing right.
But I would just like to ask you guys to go easy on your guildies when selling stuff to them. If you help them, they will help you in the future.
